2. Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 7–14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in original packaging
- Item is not listed as non-returnable (e.g., perishable goods, personal care items, digital products)
- A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Health and personal care items (e.g., opened cosmetics, hygiene products)
- Digital downloads or subscriptions
- Gift cards

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment. Please note:

5. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@rahisionline.com with photos of the item, your order number, and reason for the exchange.

6. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
